SB: Who makes up the group?
Los Marijuanos: The Group is based around Lead Singer “Ponyboy”, Other members have been in and out of the group including; The 1st CD “Puro Plato” featured Skribe, DJ Payback Garcia. “The Smokeout” featured DJ Kid Scratch and MC Juni. “Por Vida” also featured Skribe and Payback. “Donde esta mi Feria?” was a solo album that had minimal features and was the first CD I mentioned Eddy Lepp. The Current release “Trippin on Trichromes has strong features from the FCM Click (Fuzzy & Escade). Currently I am working on “Dank Defenders” which will feature Red Eye from Total Devastation, Meen Green, Bloodshoot Bandits, Highdro and other defenders of dank. The new Los Marijuanos en Espanol is going to feature Estragos, El Chivo, Kinto Sol, Juan Zarate and others.
SB: How did Los Marijuanos come together? 
LM: Ponyboy was in the club DJing regularly and dropping mix tapes when he came to the realization he could be playing and performing his own songs. Always inspired by the precious flower Mary Jane he formed the original group Los Marijuanos and the rest is history.
SB: Where is the group based out of?
LM: Originally they are from East Chicago, Indiana but now currently reside in Las Vegas,Nevada.
SB: Musically what defines you or makes you different?
LM: Every album strongly promotes the legalization of marijuana; we both represent the struggle and the enjoyment of marijuana. Our goal is spread the word of the herb until it is free for the entire world!
SB : What can we expect from your new release “Trippin on Trichromes”?
LM: Trippin’ on Trichromes is good get high music for the masses to jam to. We got soulful cuts, hip-hop bangers, educational facts and some rocking heaters. Get ready for 30 original tracks that will blow your mind!!
SB: Is cannabis a part of your creative process?
LM: Does a seed need water and soil to grow? Hell yeah my nuggets, if I’m not medicated or currently medicating I’m thinking about medicating on some bomb ass cannabis. It influences every part of my life.
SB: What’s the groups favorite “munchies” snack?
LM: I love food, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Sushi, all the captain crunch cereals, all the welches juices, payday, reese’s peanut butter cups, chikko sticks, the new twizzlers, m&m’s, Lucas Muecas Lollipop with Chili Powder Mango, all the Chupa Chups, Tamarindo and everything else I love it all!!!
SB: Musically who have been your biggest influences?
LM: All Classic Rock bands 60’s to the 80’s, Old school R&B Soul, and Vicente Fernandez, one of the greatest Mexican singers of all time.
